Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Able to travel and communicate in Chinese with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall company operations, performance, and profitability.
• Develop and implement business strategies and expansion plans.
• Work with the Managing Director on development and key decisions.
• Lead department managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and partnerships.
