Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join the Global Forwarding Finance team in Malaysia. You will lead financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting, partnering with regional leaders to drive informed decision-making and efficiency improvements across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and related services.

You will develop and deliver dashboards and management packs, support system enhancements, and provide financial insights to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience in a multinational.
Logistics/forwarding/transport experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBIT, working capital, and cash flow; identify risks and opportunities.
Develop standardized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive packs.
Deliver insights through variance, trend, and scenario analyses; partner with regional teams.
Support OneStream reporting, data validation, and user adoption.
Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial fluctuations; drive automation and process improvements.
