Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Finance Manager for Thailand & Malaysia in Petaling Jaya to act as the trusted finance partner to country leadership. You will drive financial planning, analysis, and decision support to enable sustainable growth across two markets.

In this role you will lead AOP, forecasting, and management reporting, collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical, and Operations, and push for governance, process excellence and value creation in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and management reporting skills with understanding of P&L drivers, sales, pricing, margins, and cost management.
• Experience supporting multiple markets or working in a matrix organization is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, planning, and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes for Malaysia and Thailand.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor performance against objectives and drive corrective actions with business leaders.
• Develop financial models, scenario planning, and investment analyses.
• Act as the primary finance partner to country leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance improvements across markets.
