Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Production Planner or Material Planner in manufacturing, preferably food.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate overall production scheduling.
Manage stock inventory of raw materials, packing materials, semi-products and finished products.
Monitor availability of raw materials and packing materials at Store.
Provide a project timeline to Purchasing for upcoming production plans.
Coordinate with Sales for production planning to meet delivery dates and customer requirements.
Monitor daily outputs and plan packing activities based on data.
Monitor process and product quality to meet customer requirements and policies.
Monitor production capabilities and capacities.
