Renesas is seeking a Financial Analyst in Bayan Lepas, Penang, with 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliation and process execution. The role requires proficiency in Excel, SAP and EPM systems and involves managing recurring finance processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform headcount and expense analyses, prepare reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure data accuracy across large datasets.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, EPM or similar ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Headcount reconciliation, operational expense analyses, capital expense analyses, journal entry posting.
• Execute and continuously improve recurring finance processes, including data validation, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Use SAP and EPM systems to prepare accurate financial reports and support planning activities.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data processing.
