Job summary

Randstad – Renesas is seeking a Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Penang. You will perform financial analysis, reconciliation, and process execution to support strategic decision making while leveraging Excel, SAP, and EPM systems.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across large datasets, with a focus on timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, EPM or similar ERP.
• Multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English verbal, written, and reasoning skills.
• Goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Japanese language ability is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Headcount reconciliation, operational expense analyses, capital expense analyses, journal entry posting.
• Execute and improve recurring finance processes including data validation, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Use SAP and EPM systems to prepare accurate financial reports and support planning activities.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data processing.
