Job summary

Randstad – Renesas in Malaysia seeks a Finance Supervisor with 6-10 years of experience to lead a team of five analysts in finance functions. You will drive financial analysis, reporting, and business analytics using Power BI or Tableau, Excel, SAP, and EPM, while guiding staff and ensuring quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in Power BI or Tableau, Excel, SAP, and EPM or another ERP system.
• Experience leading a team of at least two employees.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to work with large datasets and databases.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a five-analyst team covering headcount reconciliation, OPEX, CAPEX, journal entries, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Execute recurring finance processes using SAP and EPM systems.
• Develop BI models in Power BI or Tableau to deliver insights and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
