Job summary

APX Luxury in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the finance operations of our two entities. You will lead the local finance team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting to the regional director of finance and group headquarters.

You will drive process improvements around purchase orders, contracts, revenue recognition, invoicing, and cash flow, while partnering with commercial teams to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager, Controller, or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to regional HQs.
• Lead finance team and ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, revenue recognition, billing, and cash flow.
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, and tax authorities.
• Drive process improvements and ERP/CRM projects.
