APX Luxury is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for Malaysia to lead the local finance team and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for two entities. You will report to the Regional Director of Finance in India and drive efficient workflows across purchase orders, invoicing, and payment cycles, while collaborating with commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager, Controller, or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience with multinational or regional organisations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to regional HQ and group offices.
• Ensure processes around purchase orders, contracts, revenue recognition, invoicing, and payments are followed.
• Collaborate with sales, events, editorial, and operations to enforce financial controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial workflows and ERP/CRM initiatives.
