Job summary

Genting Berhad is seeking an experienced Group Finance leader to present and manage strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for EXCO and the Board, guiding short and long-term liquidity and capital decisions.

The role requires strong leadership of large teams, deep knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and tax, and hands-on experience with SAP and Cognos planning tools to drive performance across the group.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Proven leadership skills managing large teams and complex financial operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Present Annual Profit Plan to EXCO and Board for alignment with financial objectives.
• Manage and advise on budget and forecast procedure and present to EXCO for decisions.
• Provide strategic insights from Monthly Financial Performance Report to Finance Committee.
