Job summary

Two Offshore Marine Sdn Bhd seeks a seasoned finance leader to oversee Accounts and Procurement, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, collections, and cost control. You will manage AP/AR, internal controls, and reporting, while driving automation and strategic financial planning.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant certification, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA a plus), and 10+ years in progressive accounting, including public company exposure.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR
• Drive cost control, procurement oversight and policy compliance
• Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to Board

Responsibilities

• Form a close working relationship with the Board of Directors and senior executives
• Take overall control of the company’s accounting function – day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and internal controls
• Contribute to the development of company strategy and provide financial analysis for plans and targets
• Ensure robust, compliant financial systems to support growth
• Drive automation and efficiency in close, reporting and consolidation processes
• Lead and develop accounting teams
• Oversee external auditors and regulatory reporting
• Assist in procurement matters and related activities
• Handle other accounts and procurement related matters
