Job summary

Neoscience is seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in Malaysia to prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses that inform management decisions. You will analyze trends, KPIs, and P&L data, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related.
• 2-3 years in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in management reporting, dashboards, KPI analysis.
• Proficient with Excel and Power BI; BI tools knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
• Experience with P&L analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses for management meetings and decision-making.
• Analyze business trends, KPIs, and operational data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with relevant analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting and BI solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reports and metrics.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings, track deliverables, and monitor action plans.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Support digitalization and transformation projects, including UAT and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor and analyze P&L performance to identify variances and improvements.
• Undertake ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as required.
