Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software, MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales designer team and assist in data entry for invoices and claims.
• Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to suppliers; prepare invoices and receipts for clients.
• Maintain bank records, reconcile accounts, and assist month-end and year-end closing with accountants.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support decision-making and planning.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure funds are available for daily operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects as required by management.
