Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Ami Awana Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee all finance and accounting functions, including planning, budgeting, treasury, tax planning, forecasting, and controls.

You will lead monthly budgets, cash flow forecasts, consolidation, and financial reporting to senior management, ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate governance while liaising with auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or audit.
• Strong analytical skills and financial analysis capabilities.
• High integrity, accountability, and professional ethics.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and oversee statutory and management financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Lead the preparation of monthly budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses, and present insights to Senior Management.
• Oversee the consolidation of the Group's financial statements and ensure integrity of consolidated reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, regulators, banks, and other stakeholders on finance matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support working capital management.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business initiatives.
