As a Sales Executive, you will support the Business Development Director and Managers in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Facilities Management Services industry. These opportunities should be priced to meet customer requirements while maintaining our commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
• A minimum of 12 months work experience in a service-based sales environment.
• Experience of meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience of preparing detailed written documents and reports to a high standard.
• Experience of dealing with and co-operating with a wide range of people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach.
• Must enjoy a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must have a high level of energy and be flexible in approach.

Responsibilities

• To support the BD Director & BD Manager with the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Develop the skills required to successfully manage own sales opportunities by taking responsibility for sourcing own development opportunities and undertaking all opportunities available.
• Develop and build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Build relationships with operational managers and support functions.
• Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards, using the specialist support functions as well as local managers and the BD Director.
• Raise the company profile by representing CBRE at industry events, networking events and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
• Work closely with the BD Director and sales team to meet the sales targets agreed. Keep the BD team fully updated on all activity and progress.
