Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Event Planning Executive to support the Events department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization.

You will handle enquiries, coordinate events from confirmation through completion, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless events.

Qualifications

• University degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the events department of Sales & Marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve hotel goals.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and time management skills, plus attention to detail and computer proficiency.

• Assist in the efficient running of the Events department.
• Manage event enquiries and coordinate events from confirmation through completion.
• Build strong client relationships and maximise revenue through service and upselling opportunities.
