Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical)
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the field
• Experience with ISO 9001:2008/ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and tender bid activities (design and cost estimation) for projects according to customer requirements/specifications
• Liaise with suppliers in purchasing materials and shipment arrangement for projects and daily operation needs
• Support marketing activities by sourcing new potential suppliers and products
• Perform evaluation in terms of technical and commercial during sourcing and procurement
• Maintain and monitor vendor performance (Quality and Delivery)
• Constantly review competitiveness of the company
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities
