Job summary

Razer in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth, manage key enterprise accounts, and shape long-term BD strategies. You will partner with the HOD and cross-functional teams to drive market expansion, negotiations, and revenue success.

You will mentor junior BD professionals, develop proposals for complex deals, and ensure alignment with regulatory and market dynamics in fintech/tech spaces.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term business development strategy and manage key enterprise accounts.
• Drive strategic planning, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for multi-million dollar deals, including customized solutions.
• Mentor junior BD Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing.
• Develop sophisticated proposals, pitch decks, and commercial models for enterprise clients.
• Prepare reports on BD performance, pipeline, and market trends for senior management.
