Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking an Account Manager (Enterprise Sales) to manage a defined portfolio, grow new business, and strengthen existing client relationships. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and drive growth through direct and indirect sales channels.

The role requires strong B2B sales skills, excellent communication with C-level executives, and the ability to forecast and manage complex sales cycles while delivering customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes including prospecting and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with C-level executives.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience with forecasting, plans, and pipeline reporting.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Generate growth through direct and indirect sales channels monthly and yearly.
• Prepare and update Account Plans for customers monthly.
• Develop Weekly Visitation Plans and Sales Visitation Reports.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts and proposals.
• Give feedback on network quality and customer issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end account management and delivery of outcomes.
• Pursue opportunities to win competitors’ customers.
