Job summary

CelcomDigi is hiring an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate accounts and drive growth. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered and opportunities for revenue expansion are pursued monthly and yearly.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop detailed account plans and forecasts for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in enterprise sales or account management with targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of segment-based accounts and drive new business growth to meet targets.
• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver requirements.
• Develop and execute opportunities for revenue growth via direct and indirect channels.
• Prepare and update Account Plans for existing and prospective customers.
