Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking an Enterprise Sales - Account Manager (Oil & Gas) to manage a portfolio of segment-based accounts, drive new business opportunities, and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams for timely delivery and revenue targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in enterprise sales or related fields, with a proven track record, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably business or telecommunications.
• 3–5 years in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to develop account plans and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of segment-based accounts and drive new business growth.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for delivery.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth across direct and indirect channels.
• Prepare and update Account Plans to support strategic development.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Gather feedback on network performance and service quality for improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end account management from acquisition to post-sales support.
• Improve competitive positioning and win strategies within the segment.
