Job summary

Kitron Electronics Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities in Malaysia, including strategic planning, sourcing, procurement, production planning, and logistics. You will develop and implement strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field.
• Experience in leadership roles in supply chain including sourcing, procurement, planning and logistics; EMS experience is a plus.
• Strong cost awareness and ability to analyze market trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations.
• Plan and forecast inventory and production materials to meet demand and minimize stockouts.
• Negotiate contracts and vet suppliers to secure best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Lead risk mitigation, contingency planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee logistics and distribution, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, with clear KPIs and performance reviews.
