Job summary

Our client, a Japanese management consulting firm, seeks an experienced business consultant to drive strategic advisory, DX roadmap formulation, and vendor management for client engagements.

You will lead governance, ensure alignment with business requirements, and mentor junior consultants while overseeing multiple workstreams across Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 3+ years of experience in management, strategy, or IT consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them from strategic planning to execution of DX initiatives.
• Lead decision-making processes and oversee external development vendors to drive project success.
• Define growth strategy and DX roadmap for clients; manage vendor relationships end-to-end.
• Audit vendor deliverables from a business perspective and bridge gaps between client leadership and technical teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage project workstreams to ensure high-quality outputs.
