Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for multi-MW data center deployments.

You will oversee capacity forecasting, inventory planning, vendor development, and procurement of long lead equipment. Responsibilities include tendering and contract management, coordinating logistics, and maintaining supplier scorecards to track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain/procurement, preferably in data centers, factory or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, planning, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering and contracting for multi-MW projects; negotiate with vendors.
• Plan capacity and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align tender docs, specs and schedules.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and monitor KPIs to ensure quality and performance.
