Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years and above experience in credit management, collections, or related financial roles.
• Analytical and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing credit risk, implementing collection strategies, and resolving disputes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of new and existing customers through detailed financial statement analysis, credit reports, payment history, and market intelligence.
• Prepare and present periodic credit and collection performance reports, including metrics like DSO, aging, and overdue trends.
• Establish, review, and modify customer credit limits based on financial health, payment performance, and exposure.
• Ensure all credit-related activities adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively manage end-to-end collection processes to secure timely payments.
• Coordinate calls/meetings with customers and stakeholders to resolve disputes.
