Job summary

VS Industry Bhd in Senai, Johor invites a detail‑driven Costing Officer/Executive to join our finance team. You will prepare and manage product costing, maintain BOM cost structures, and ensure timely submissions aligned with customer calendars.

You will update BOMs per Change Notes from Engineers, perform monthly reconciliations of price variances, and proactively communicate cost issues with customers and the commercial team while supporting timely quotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in business administration, mathematics, finance, Engineering or any equivalent.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile product related costing and submit BOM cost structure timely according to customers' calendar.
• Update BOM structure according to the CN (Change Note) received from Engineer.
• Monthly reconciliation required to claim product price variance.
• Proactively communicate with customer/ commercial team on related issue especially product cost/ claims received.
• Monitor and issue quotations to customer.
