Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Cost & Vendor Management Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to drive cost transparency and vendor performance across technology and business operations. You will build cost models, develop dashboards, benchmark vendors, and deliver data-backed recommendations that influence spending decisions.

You will work closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure every dollar spent delivers measurable value, with a focus on cost optimization and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost analysis, financial operations, procurement, or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of cost structures and budgeting; accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor and technology costs and build cost models.
