Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Corporate Development and Project Coordinator to support strategic initiatives and compliance activities in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves industry research, market analysis, stakeholder coordination, and preparing structured reports for management.

You will assist in coordinating MD/MDEC framework initiatives, liaising with HR, Legal & Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure timely documentation and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Development, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with internal/external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing corporate development and strategic initiatives with industry research and market analysis.
• Coordinate corporate development projects, monitor progress, and prepare documentation for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and transparent communications.
• Research and coordinate with external vendors/service providers for development projects and government grants.
• Support MD/MDEC framework coordination, compliance documentation, and liaison with Legal, HR, and authorities as required.
