Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Contracts Specialist to join the Global Commercial Support Services team in Shah Alam. You will link Sales operations with legal frameworks, drafting sound agreements and enabling deal velocity while protecting business standards.

You will draft and review Master Services Agreements, Amendments, pricing schedules, and SOWs, resolving gaps and guiding non-standard terms with approvals. Strong collaboration with Legal, Product, and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of contracts administration experience supporting sales in a services or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of standard contract provisions (liability, confidentiality, indemnity) and SaaS/software licensing concepts.
• Ability to translate complex operational specs into clear SOWs and agreements.
• Experience managing stakeholders, projects, and negotiations within large matrix orgs.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle contract drafting and review: Master Services Agreements, Amendments, pricing schedules, and SOWs.
• Resolve gaps by identifying business specification disparities and negotiating viable solutions.
• Edit contracts to incorporate customized language after approvals.
• Maintain speed by executing contracts within established SLAs and balancing risk.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Finance, and Sales to align terms with strategy.
