Job summary

Intel Malaysia seeks a strategic, creative and highly collaborative communications professional to lead Intel's communications in Malaysia. The role covers employee, executive, corporate and product PR, and requires close partnership with site and sales leadership to protect and promote Intel's reputation.

The role emphasizes storytelling across multiple formats and crisis communications, with a hybrid work model and interaction with regional teams to support product launches and branding

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communications, storytelling and employer branding is highly beneficial.
• Ability to develop and execute 360-degree communications programs with measurable impact.
• Flair for data and analytics to improve communications effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy for Intel Malaysia spanning employee, executive, corporate and product PR.
• Partner with Intel Malaysia site and sales leadership to protect and promote Intel's reputation internally and externally.
• Design and implement site communications aligned with GMC priorities and site objectives.
• Build a clear Malaysia narrative connecting technology leadership to local presence and business priorities.
• Maximize impact through storytelling across intranet, newsletters, blogs, social media, open forums, videos, podcasts and infographics.
• Support executive communications, including messaging, talking points and leadership engagements.
• Lead or coordinate Malaysia communications for issues and crisis situations in partnership with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to local leadership on internal comms, employer branding and social media.
• Support product launches and product communications with regional Communications, Marketing, Sales and ecosystem partners.
