Job summary

Salt is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for a 6-month extendable contract with a Social Media tech client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

You will be a key partner to the sales team, driving revenue, advertiser education, and advertiser satisfaction, while strengthening post-sale client relationships across Branding, Performance, or e-Commerce offerings. You will collaborate with product and engineering to resolve campaign issues and seek growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management/client services in digital marketing/eCommerce.
• Experience with biddable media and eCom/Retail knowledge is a plus.
• Strong campaign management and optimization skills.
• Ability to analyze data and extract insights on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven insights for key accounts.
• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships across Branding, Performance, and e-Commerce offerings.
• Act as Shop Ads product consultant to educate on solutions and best practices.
• Lead education on ad products and updates for clients and agencies.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term client relationships with sales.
• Collaborate with product & engineering to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities through performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive product feature adoption and feedback into product/go-to-market plans.
