Job summary

M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd – Petaling is seeking a Business Development Executive (Client Acquisition) to drive new corporate clients across Malaysia. You will lead generation, cold outreach, and sales pitches for recruitment, staffing, and headhunting services.

You will advise clients on the best recruitment packages, negotiate terms, and manage key accounts to secure repeat business. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Recruitment Sales, Executive Search, Staffing, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or consultative selling is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment agencies, staffing firms, executive search, HR solutions, or B2B service sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills in English.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Possess a positive attitude with a strong passion for business development and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find and target new corporate clients across Malaysia.
• Cold Outreach: Make daily calls and emails to secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Sales Pitches: Present recruitment, staffing, and headhunting services to HR and business owners.
• Client Advisory: Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend the best recruitment packages.
• Deal Closing: Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
• Account Management: Build strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Teamwork: Work with our recruitment team to ensure clients' jobs are filled successfully.
• CRM & Reporting: Update sales pipelines and hit monthly sales targets/KPIs.
