Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a Sales Executive (Sales Channel Management) to drive revenue by managing channel partners, retailers and agents across assigned clusters. You will implement channel strategies, train partners, and monitor performance to achieve targets.

You will work closely with the Sales & Distribution team to expand the dealer network, deliver product trainings, and provide frontline support while maintaining strong brand visibility and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification required; Diploma or Degree in Public Relations and Communications is an added advantage.
• Experience in sales and dealing with dealers and channels is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as area owner for Telco Prepaid and Postpaid under Open Channel and Modern Trade categories.
• Monitor competitor activities and report on programs and presence within assigned clusters; recommend Quick Win strategies to stay competitive.
• Ensure healthy cluster performance in alignment with the Sales & Distribution team's pyramid health guidelines.
• Drive achievement of sales targets, including reload volumes and quality activations, contributing to revenue growth.
• Maintain strong brand visibility and presence of CelcomDigi within the assigned clusters.
• Conduct regular sales visits following the 4-Step Sales Call approach to engage dealers and frontliners effectively.
• Expand the dealer base by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing potential dealer touchpoints.
• Participate in on-ground initiatives, including events, roadshows, and roving campaigns, to support sales and brand engagement.
• Provide first-level support by troubleshooting dealer and frontliner inquiries related to systems, products, and services.
