Job summary

MIRACLE LAND HOLDINGS BERHAD is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the accounting functions across its group. You will oversee financial reporting, consolidations, regulatory compliance, and tax planning while coordinating with secretaries, auditors, and boards.

The role requires a strong accounting background, experience with property development or real estate, and familiarity with IPO processes within a listed company context. Based in Malaysia, reporting to the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ACCA or other relevant qualifications.
• Possess relevant working experience.
• Good communication skill and team player.
• Well organized, meticulous and analytical mind.
• Experience in Property Development, Construction or Real Estates.
• Experience in handling group consolidated accounts.
• Experience in public listed company or IPO processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions for group of companies.
• Prepare various management reports periodically and ad-hoc basis.
• Liaise with company secretary, external auditors, tax agent, regulatory bodies, lawyers and bankers.
• Communications with Board of Directors and Shareholders.
• Tax planning and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
