Job summary

MIRACLE LAND HOLDINGS BERHAD is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of accounting for the group. The role involves preparing periodic and ad-hoc management reports, liaising with secretaries, auditors, tax agents, regulators, and bankers, and communicating with the Board and shareholders.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or ACCA, solid consolidation experience, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ACCA or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant working experience in accounting roles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and analytical mindset.
• Experience in property development, construction or real estate.”
• Experience in group consolidated accounts and IPO processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting functions for the group of companies.
• Prepare management reports periodically and on an ad-hoc basis.
• Liaise with company secretary, external auditors, tax agent, regulators, lawyers and bankers.
• Communicate with the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
• Tax planning and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
