Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting or Business Management.
• 1–3 years of work-related experience in financial or manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to begin MBA or equivalent degree within 2–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows a customer relationship for a defined account.
• Prepares materials for RFP responses.
• Contributes to forecast and variance process in the financial system.
• Assists Business Unit Managers with day-to-day needs and workcell management.
• Supports Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides indirect leadership to junior team members.
