Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Business Management – Support professional to join our dynamic team. You will provide business analysis, develop improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive growth and efficiency within a fast-paced banking environment.

You will work closely with senior management to develop insights, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements. This role offers exposure to cross-functional projects and audit coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the banking industry.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing business analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs.
• Analyzing data and market trends to inform business strategies.
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Monitors credit-related matters and ensure adherence to the Bank’s Credit Policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares, maintains, and analyses reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business and management reporting needs.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to address queries, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth operational processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audit exercises by preparing and managing required information and documentation, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps.
