Job summary

Shopper360 Limited in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive Administrative and Project Support role within the Business Development team. You will assist in client accounts, ensure timely monthly reporting, and coordinate client servicing activities.

You will collaborate with Finance and internal teams on contracts, invoices, billing, and project requirements, and help prepare business proposals, presentations, costings, and reports to support ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative and project management support to the Business Development team.
• Assist in managing key client accounts and ensure timely monthly reporting.
• Support client servicing activities, including account follow-ups, updates, and coordination.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal teams on contracts, invoices, billing processes, and project requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, costings, and reports.
