Responsibilities

• Business Performance Analysis - Monitor revenue, business volume, targets and KPIs; identify variances requiring attention.
• Strategic Performance Tracking - Track implementation of strategic initiatives and milestones, including direction.
• Revenue & Business Analysis - Analyze revenue by client, segment, product and pillar to identify movement and growth areas.
• Management Reporting - Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with clear analysis behind movements.
• Performance Forecasting - Prepare projections based on performance, pipeline and approved plans to highlight gaps.
• Performance Issues & Follow-up - Highlight underperforming areas, track corrective actions and progress.
• Management Decision Analysis - Prepare analyses to aid management in evaluating options.
