Job summary

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst in Senai, Johor to support our finance team and ensure accurate order processing and timely billing.

The role interfaces with sales, credit, AR and shipping to resolve issues and optimize cash flow. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 6+ years of accounting experience, SAP proficiency, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 6 years accounting experience.
• Experience in Order Processing, Billing Operations and AR collections.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of US & Malaysia GAAP; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication in writing and speaking.
• Proactive, detailed, organized and deadline-driven.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify order information, discounts, terms and shipping details.
• Manage intercompany transactions, drop shipments, voids and rebill, credit notes.
• Oversee e-Invoice implementation and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collect outstanding receivables and encourage timely payments.
• Prepare cash forecasts and financial reports; analyze DSO trends.
• Reconcile month-end discrepancies and ensure SOX compliance.
• Support system/process enhancements; participate in UAT.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
