Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst who is energetic and detail oriented to support our fast-growing organization. The role coordinates with sales, shipping, credit, AR and other departments to ensure orders are processed and billed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 6 years of accounting experience, and hands-on experience with SAP, US and Malaysia GAAP, and AR collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 6 years accounting experience.
• Experienced with working in Order Processing, Billing Operations, and/or AR collections.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of US & Malaysia GAAP, with 3+ years in a Big 4 firm preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proactive, detail oriented, organized.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify order information and shipping details to ensure proper discounts, pricing, terms, and shipping.
• Manage intercompany transactions, drop shipments, void and rebill, credit notes in a timely manner.
• Oversee e-Invoice implementation and ensure invoice accuracy; resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable and encourage timely payments.
• Prepare cash forecast and financial reports; analyze DSO trends.
• Reconcile discrepancies during month-end close.
• Follow SOPs to ensure SOX compliance and assist audits.
• Support system and process enhancements via UAT.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
