Delta Electronics Int'l (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Bidding Manager who leads end-to-end bidding lifecycles for complex data center and factory automation projects. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Procurement, and business units to deliver compliant, timely bid submissions.

Requires 8–12 years of bidding or proposal management experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of proven bidding, tendering, or proposal management experience.
• Track record in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, or green factory projects.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and own the complete bidding lifecycle for complex data center and infrastructure projects from RFP receipt to final submission.
• Coordinate Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Procurement and Business Units to produce compliant bid deliverables.
• Lead specialized bidding teams across Industrial Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Digitalization and Factory Infrastructure.
• Plan bid timelines, deliverables and resource allocation; run bid kickoff meetings with clear roles.
• Ensure alignment of technical design, BOQs and pricing structures; enforce quality controls.
• Serve as operational liaison between Sales and internal technical teams throughout bid prep and post-submission stages.
• Direct and oversee Electrical & Mechanical Bidding Engineers and Bid Administration staff; monitor performance.
• Lead executive reporting, lessons-learned reviews and continuous process improvements.
