Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking an experienced leader to join Group Finance as Head, Strategic A&L, FTP & NIM. You will lead FTP, ALM, FX liquidity oversight and related treasury systems, delivering insights to Senior Management and committees.

You will shape balance sheet strategy, optimise NIM, oversee FTP policies and reporting, and partner with Treasury, Risk and Technology to drive performance and regulatory compliance across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset & Liability Management (ALM), FTP, treasury, liquidity management.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, committees and regulators.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FTP framework for balance sheet management and performance measurement.
• Provide guidance on FTP, NIM, funding costs, and balance sheet optimisation.
• Govern FTP policies, methodologies, and implementation guidelines.
