Job summary

All Property Management Sdn Bhd, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, is urgently hiring a Building Executive to oversee property operations and enforce living environment rules. The role involves managing service providers including cleaning, security, pest control, lift maintenance, and firefighting equipment.

You will ensure safety compliance, manage service charges and sinking funds, and prepare regular reports for JMB/MC.

Qualifications

3 years or more of experience in related fields.
Knowledgeable in SMA 2013 Act 757.
Good communication skills.
Good critical thinking skills.

Good leadership skills.
Good management and administration skills.

Responsibilities

To implement and enforce house rules & regulations to create a conducive living environment.
To monitor and manage the operations of service providers (e.g. domestic cleaning, security services, pest control, lift maintenance, firefighting equipment, etc.).
Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
To administer service charge, sinking fund collection and maintenance of building strata.
To prepare & provide daily/monthly reports to the JMB/MC on the status of issues such as operational, financial, manpower, etc.
Must be familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 (757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015, and able to liaise with local council.
Must be able to comprehend building construction plans and drawings.
Able to manage suppliers, control and monitor facility budget.
