Job summary

Fast Bikes Malaysia is seeking a diligent warehouse associate to support daily spare parts operations. You will store and organize parts, issue items to technicians, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure parts are available when needed.

The role requires basic IT skills, proficiency in Excel, physical fitness to lift parts, and good teamwork. You will join a proactive team and contribute to smooth stocking, labeling, and safe storage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, store, or automotive parts is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Physically fit to lift and handle spare parts safely.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Store and organize parts in designated locations.
• Issue spare parts to technicians and departments per approved requests.
• Perform regular stock counts and assist with stock takes.
• Label and identify all spare parts accurately.
• Keep the parts store clean, organized, and safe.
• Support daily operations and assist supervisor as needed.

To support efficient daily operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records of spare parts, ensuring parts are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Store and organize parts in designated locations according to company standards.
• Issue spare parts to technicians and other departments based on approved requests.
• Perform regular stock counts and assist with periodic stock take activities.
• Ensure proper labelling and identification of all spare parts.
• Keep the parts store clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage or loss.
• Support daily operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, store, or automotive parts environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Physically fit and able to handle and lift spare parts safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to operational requirements
