Job summary

SYARIKAT SIN KWANG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD.

(SKP) in Senai, Johor, is seeking a diligent Warehouse Support to assist the warehouse supervisor in operating the warehouse and loading efficiently according to procedures and orders. You will coordinate finished goods movements, ensure correct storage, handle rejects, and prepare containers for loading while maintaining accuracy, safety, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.
• Knowledge of forklift operation and data entry is advantageous.
• Willing to be a team player and meet deadlines.
• Good daily attendance.
• Minimum 2 years warehousing experience.
• Computer literate and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse supervisor in operating the warehouse and loading efficiently.
• Organize finished goods movements in warehouse and inter-plant are according to the purchase order, size and type.
• Ensure finished goods stored in designated area without damages or contamination.
• Return reject goods and samples to production packing section and follow up on replacements.
• Ensure containers are lined with necessary stock cover and free from contaminants before loading.
• Organize finished goods loading into container or other delivery mode to meet priority and schedule.
• Distribute and assign tasks to subordinates according to priority.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.

Job description

To assist warehouse supervisor in operating the warehouse and loading efficiently and effectively, ensuring process control are fully enforced and adhered according to established procedures, work instruction and orders given.

To organize finished goods movements activities in the warehouse and inter plant are according to the purchase order, size and type.

To ensure finished goods are stored at designated area without causing damages or contamination.

To ensure reject goods and sample are return back to production packing section and follow up on the replacement.

To ensure container is properly line with necessary stock cover and free from any contaminants before the finished goods is loaded.

To organize finished goods loading into the container or other delivery mode to meet the priority and schedule given.

To ensure finished goods loading activities with the right quantity, size, lot number and good condition

To distribute and assign task to subordinates according to priority given.

Any other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.

Any knowledge and experience in handling forklift and data entry into system would be an added advantage.

Willing to do the job tasks and as a team player to ensure the successfulness of the assignments/ tasks.

Good record of daily attendance.

Min 2 years related experience in warehousing

Computer literate, High integrity, and able to complete task within deadline
