Job summary

LC Waikiki in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store presentation and drive new lines.

You will coordinate with Store Managers, work with the Turkey HQ team to uphold corporate standards, and train staff on visual guidelines to support seasonal campaigns.

The role requires a Malaysian citizen with 2 years retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong eye for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Passion for trends and fashion.
• Strong problem-solving, organizing and planning abilities.
• Able to work in multinational/multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of visual merchandising of the store per guidelines.
• Implement visual activities daily, weekly, and seasonally.
• Communicate with Store Managers and teams about upcoming activities.
• Work with Turkey HQ Visual Merchandising Team to maintain corporate standards.
• Ensure all visual materials are arranged per corporate guidelines.
• Provide training to store team on visual activities and standards.
• Participate in seasonal workshops at HQ to ensure best practices.
