Job summary

LC Waikiki in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store presentation and drive new lines.

You will coordinate with Store Managers, work with the Turkey HQ team to uphold corporate standards, and train staff on visual guidelines to support seasonal campaigns.

The role requires a Malaysian citizen with 2 years retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong eye for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Passion for trends and fashion.
• Strong problem-solving, organizing and planning abilities.
• Able to work in multinational/multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of visual merchandising of the store per guidelines.

Job Description

• In-charge of visual merchandising of the store in accordance with the guidelines and promote new lines effectively
• Implementing the visual activities of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal manner
• Communicating with Store Managers and store team in line with upcoming visual activities and campaigns of the company
• Working closely with Turkey Head Quarter (HQ) Visual Merchandising Team to establish corporate visual standards in the stores
• Ensuring all visual materials (signage, fixtures, mannequins etc.) and arranged in line with corporate guidelines
• Providing comprehensive communication and training programs to the store team about visual activities and standards
• Participating in seasonal workshops at Head Quarter (HQ) and ensures best practice at the store

Requirements

• Highschool/Diploma
• MALAYSIAN citizen only
• Excellent English (written & verbal)
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in similar position
