Job summary

LC Waikiki Malaysia is seeking a skilled Store Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead and develop our visual teams across the region. You will train staff, implement regional standards, and deliver fast, profitable merchandising solutions while ensuring consistency with Head Office guidelines.

Travel will be extensive (approximately 80%), requiring strong planning, multi-tasking, and the ability to thrive in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Experience with leading fashion retailers and 1-3 years retail management preferred.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers.
• Provide fast and profitable visual solutions within the region.
• Follow and execute LC Waikiki visual merchandising standards and procedures.
• Assist stores with visual merchandising feedback.
• Visit stores to maintain visual standards.
• Participate in floor set executions.
• Assist in hiring store merchandisers.

• Train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers as per standards provided by Head Office
• Provide fast and profitable visual solutions within the region under the responsibility
• Follow up and execute company visual merchandising standards and procedures
• Assist and/or provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising in assigned district
• Visiting stores periodically to maintain visual standards in the country
• Participate in floor set executions
• Assist in hiring store merchandisers that meet current business needs

The Candidate We Are Looking For

• BA in marketing, Fashion Merchandising (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with a leading fashion retailer and 1-3 years retail management experience preferred
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Proven ability to train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers
• Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solving
• Proven ability to independently and proactively manage multiple tasks/priorities and personalities
• Ability to work in a multinational-multicultural environment
• Approximately 80% of travel required
