Job summary

Panda Eyes Sdn. Bhd. seeks a skilled Visual Merchandiser to design and refresh merchandise displays in line with brand standards.

You will craft window and in-store visuals, supporting promotions and seasonal changes while collaborating with the marketing team to boost guest engagement. The role requires a diploma in Marketing or related field, 3+ years in fashion/accessories, and strong visual/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a certificate or diploma in Marketing or related field.
• At least three years’ experience in a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Malay and English is required; Mandarin proficiency is prioritized.
• Experience in fashion and accessories is an added advantage.
• Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement attractive merchandise displays that adhere to company standards.
• Create eye-catching window and interior displays and promotional displays.
• Regularly update displays for seasons, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing inventory counts.
• Collaborate with marketing to align visuals with campaigns.
• Maintain a visually appealing and customer-friendly shopping environment.
• Ensure displays are accessible and easy to navigate for customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
• Address merchandising issues promptly to uphold presentation standards.
